Bittersweet chocolateIt is a type of chocolate, which is dark and sweetened and consists of a minimum of 35% of cocoa solids and up to 80% of cocoa as per its quality. It is quite often used for baking and cooking purposes. The European bittersweet chocolates have very high quantities of cocoa making it considerably bitter in taste.
Unsweetened ChocolateUnsweetened chocolate is a form of bitter chocolate, which is primarily used for baking purposes only. As its flavor is not good, so it is not suited for eating. It consists of about 100% cocoa solids.
